I can't believe Revolutionary Road wasn't even nominated for best picture.  One of the better movies I've seen in a while. Sam Mendes must have done something to piss off someone at the Academy, because Revolutionary Road didn't even get nominated for any major category.

Slumdog Millionaire was also very good, but I think it's somewhat overrated.
