A Practical Lesson In Redistribution

A Gettysburg College economics professor gives his students a lesson in redistribution.  You will not like it if you're a flat tax proponent - but if you are in the middle of the tax argument like I am, it is a nice lesson.  A marginal dollar to someone making $30k per year is simply not the same as a marginal dollar to someone making $500k.  Mine is not an argument to punish to "rich",  but rather a statement of the obvious.
