Why don't public bathroom stall walls go to the floor?  Wouldn't this benefit everyone involved?  No one likes being three feet away from someone else while you're both taking care of business - but looking at someone's feet makes the situation even more unpleasant.  I challenge anyone to give me one good reason why bathroom stall walls don't go to the floor. It just doesn't make sense.
