When you first see this water-powered car from the Japanese company Genepax, you can't help but think this is the answer to all of our gasoline woes. One problem with this car is that Genepax is not revealing exactly how it works. The other problem is that if this car really works using only water, it would break the 1st law of thermodynamics.
