I think this is the greatest McCain smile of all-time. It's hard to tell if it's a sign of anger, happiness, nervousness, or just plain-old senility - but it really doesn't matter. The fact that this smile is so out of place is what makes it great. I promise to take a little break from posting about McCain's weird smile, but I think you'll enjoy this one.
