Hillary Clinton is Rocky Balboa

Ok, so it's the usually bullshit you hear from candidates on the stump. But being from the Philadelphia area and a huge fan of the Rocky series, I take a bit of offense to her statement. While she has every right to stay in the race, it's a fact that her only chances of winning the nomination include taking Obama down personally. He is ahead in pledged delegates, states won, and the popular vote. Without an Obama implosion, she is done. This is an unfortunate reality for the Democrats right now.
I tend to agree with Andrew Sullivan's opinion. I believe Hillary and Bill think it's their turn again, and they will stop at nothing to win - even if it means dividing the party. With all this said, I leave you with Seth Myers' take on Weekend Update from SNL last night:
"Hillary Clinton on Tuesday said she is not a quitter and compared herself to Rocky Balboa. The washed-up, over-the-hill white contender who despite a Herculean effort is soundly beaten by the charismatic black guy."
It's true, actually.

1) Rocky lost by a split decision. Hillary's going to get knocked out.
2) Rocky won the hearts and souls of the people of the Soviet Union. Hillary couldn't win the hearts and souls of the people of New Jersey.
